Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. They cover use of this website and the ordering, payment and delivery of products.

Products on this website are supplied by FMCG Industry Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 22 135 446 007), the Australian distributor of Arirang (“we”, “us”, “our”). “You” means the person using this website or placing an order.

1. Agreement

By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Together with your order, they form the agreement between you and us for the supply of products.

2. Legal capacity

You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

3. Website use

This website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. You must not use this website in any way that is unlawful or that could damage it or interfere with its operation.

4. Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices may change at any time without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

Noodle bundles (4, 8 or 20 packs, any mix of flavours) include delivery. Individual items (single noodle packs, meal boxes and refills) are charged at their listed price plus a flat $25 delivery fee per order, or free delivery on orders of $150 or more. Delivery is explained in full in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

5. Product information

We take care to describe and show our products accurately. Packaging, images, weights and specifications may vary slightly from what is shown. Always read the product label for ingredients, allergen information and cooking instructions before eating.

6. Allergens and self-heating products

Our products may contain or be made in facilities that handle wheat (gluten), soy, milk, egg, crustacea and other allergens. Check the label before eating.

Self Cooking and Disposable Box products contain a flameless heating pack that becomes very hot and releases steam. Follow the instructions on the pack, keep away from children, do not eat the heating pack, and do not use it in an enclosed space or on a surface that may be damaged by heat.

7. Orders

Your order is accepted when we email you an order confirmation. Please make sure your contact details and delivery address are correct.

We may cancel an order before dispatch, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel, we will refund you in full and confirm this by email.

8. Payment

You can pay by debit or credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by PayPal; we do not see or store your full card details. Payment is taken when you place your order.

9. Delivery

Delivery is covered in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Title and risk in the products pass to you on delivery.

10. Refunds and returns

Refunds and returns are covered in our Refunds & Returns policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for any loss of income, profit or data, or any indirect or consequential loss, however it arises; and
  • our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Arirang name, logos, images and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

13. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information to process and deliver your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. General

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time; the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
