Arirang products sold on this website are supplied and shipped by FMCG Industry Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 22 135 446 007), the Australian distributor of Arirang.

Where we deliver

We deliver to street addresses Australia-wide. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are the same anywhere in Australia.

• Noodle bundles (4, 8 or 20 packs): delivery is included in the price.
• Individual items (single noodle packs, meal boxes and refills): one flat $25 delivery fee per order, however many you buy.
• Orders of $150 or more: free delivery.

If your order includes a noodle bundle and individual items, you pay the $25 delivery fee once (or nothing if your order is $150 or more). The bundle’s delivery is already included. You will always see the delivery cost before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are packed and dispatched from Caringbah, NSW within 2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

We ship with Australia Post or Team Global Express. Typical delivery times after dispatch:

• Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra metro: 1–3 business days
• Regional areas, SA, WA, TAS and NT: 3–8 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Deliveries are made during business hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday).

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking number.

Incorrect addresses and missed deliveries

Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because nobody was available to receive it, we may charge a redelivery fee.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the parcel and products. See our Refunds & Returns policy.
